Aldo Davalos
Aldo Davalos is the Head of Business Development at Too Lost, where he helps lead strategic partnerships, artist and label relationships, and commercial growth across the company's global platform. His work focuses on expanding Too Lost's reach across the independent music ecosystem, building relationships with artists, managers, labels, and rights holders, and identifying new opportunities for growth across distribution, publishing, rights management, and artist services.
Aldo brings more than two decades of music industry experience across recorded music, publishing, A&R, artist management, and business development. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Warner Music Group and Ultra Music, and later helped build the publishing division at Steve Aoki's Dim Mak. He has also held senior positions in artist management, working with major artists including Migos.
Since joining Too Lost, Aldo has played an important role in expanding the company's presence on the West Coast and strengthening its relationships across the broader artist, manager, label, and creator communities. His background across labels, publishing, management, and independent music gives him a broad perspective on how to support artists and rights holders while building scalable commercial partnerships.
