Elena Occhipinti is General Counsel and Head of Business & Legal Affairs at Too Lost, where she oversees the company's legal, rights, licensing, and business affairs functions. Her work supports Too Lost's global distribution, publishing, catalog acquisition, artist services, and commercial partnership operations across the independent music ecosystem.
Elena brings more than 25 years of legal experience across entertainment, media, intellectual property, licensing, and business affairs. She plays a central role in structuring, negotiating, and managing agreements with artists, labels, rights holders, strategic partners, DSPs, and acquisition targets. Her work spans distribution agreements, publishing administration, rights management, catalog transactions, licensing, compliance, intellectual property, and broader corporate legal matters.
In addition to her role at Too Lost, Elena leads Occhipinti Law Group, a boutique entertainment and intellectual property law firm based in Los Angeles. Through her legal practice, she has advised institutional and entrepreneurial clients across music, film, television, art, and entertainment-related businesses, bringing a practical and business-minded legal perspective to creators, companies, and rights holders.
Elena is a member of the State Bar of California and has dedicated her time to community and charitable endeavors. She serves on the Board of Advisors for the Chicago Music Commission and has supported organizations including the Western Law Center for Disability Rights, Reading for Kids, and the Cabrini Green Mentoring Program in Chicago.
